* Please indicate if you consent to the below:

1. i. video footage and photos of yourself being taken and used in GIZ’s and MBC's PR work (brochures, presentations, website) in connection with the training.
2. ii. GIZ storing and using your provided anonymized data in accordance with the above statements. This consent will remain valid even if your data is not used.
3. iii. List of participants, containing names, organizational affiliation, position and E-mail address being made available to other participants.
